Jack is affectionately known as the "Father of Audio" here in Arizona. His career in the recording industry stretches back to his teenage years in Chicago, to Phoenix, a short stint in Los Angeles, and finally returning to the lifestyle he enjoys most here in Phoenix. To list all of his recording credits would be too lengthy and cumbersome, but it wouldn't be prudent not to mention a few of the artists he has worked with:
Duane Eddy
|
Sanford Clark Ted Newman Jessie Colter Sammy Davis, Jr. Glen Yarborough The Rolling Stones Andy Williams Joshua Heifitz Henry Mancini |
Through the years Jack has recorded over 4,000 albums, encompassing every musical style imaginable. His sensitivity to the music and the artists he's recording is what sets him apart from most engineers who are too concerned with the technical aspects as opposed to capturing the essence of the performance. His ability to make the performers "feel at home" in this strange environment adds a very special touch and feel to the session.
